Noida-based Info Edge has announced that it has agreed to acquire a 25 percent stake in Juno Learning for Rs 11.25 Crore. It has acquired 4,331 compulsorily convertible preference shares having a face value of Rs. 10, each as a primary acquisition of shares. Earlier, Info Edge had also acquired IIMJobs and Hirist.com founded by the founder of Juno Learning.
“As part of the strategy, the investment would help the company create and consolidate its presence into a niche vertical of sales upskilling. It perfectly fits into the company’s playbook to invest in adjacencies to recruitment and education verticals and create synergies with its existing businesses,” said Info Edge firm.

Juno Learning, a Gurugram based EdTech is an interactive online school platform. It was founded by Tarun Matta that offers interactive, online school services to teach sales techniques, processes, and tools to students as well as entry-level professionals and enhance their employability.
