The Yogi Adityanath-led Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced the transfer of 8 IAS officers, assigning them new responsibilities across various departments. The latest reshuffle aims to strengthen administrative efficiency and governance delivery in the state.
According to official sources, IAS Masoom Ali Sarwar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Works Board. He was earlier serving as Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC).
IAS Selva Kumari J has been appointed as Director General of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, and Secretary, Technical Education Department. Previously, she was serving as Secretary, Planning Department, and Director General of Finance and Statistics.
In her place, IAS Sameer Verma has been assigned as Secretary, Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh, and Director General of Finance and Statistics. Verma, who was earlier on the waiting list, has now been given a significant role in the planning and financial administration of the state.
Meanwhile, IAS Prabhu Narayan Singh, who was also on the waiting list, has been appointed as Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC).
