Indian Bank introduces digital broking solution

The Indian Bank has launched a digital broking solution, E-Broking that allows the customers to open a Demat and trading account. This initiative is aligned with the digitalization mission of the bank, an official said on Saturday.

The bank in a statement said, “Launching the digital broking solution ‘E-Broking’ was a deliberate step towards a complete digitalization of its offerings to customers.” He further added that the mobile banking application, IndOASIS would offer a flawless experience to the customers, from the opening of Demat and trading account to discounted broking services backed by research-based investment in the secondary market starting from equity, futures, options, and initial public offerings on a single platform.

Ashwini Kumar, Executive Director of Indian Bank said, “This is a key initiative aligned with our digitalization mission to offer all our financial products and services to our customers in an affordable manner under one roof.” He also added, “This will also help the bank to increase its CASA.”
