NEET MDS 2023 Counselling: Registration For Third Phase Begins

The registration for the third phase of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test MDS (NEET MDS) 2023 counselling will commence today, September 8. Interested applicants can log in to the MCC website and register themselves for round 3 of the NEET MDS 2023 counselling at the official website– mcc.nic.in. The registration window will be open until September 12 (12 noon), and the payment facility will close at 8 p.m. on the same day. The counselling process will take place between September 9 and September 13.

As per the schedule for NEET MDS 2023 counselling, candidates are allowed to make their choices for round 3 from September 9 to September 13. The window for locking the choices will be open from 3 pm on September 13 till 11:55 pm on the same day.

NEET MDS 2023 Counselling: Steps to apply

1. Access the official website— mcc.nic.in and navigate to the MDS section.
2. Initiate the registration process by selecting the option for new registration and entering your NEET MDS roll number, password, and other requested details.
3. Once you have successfully completed the information, proceed to make the required payment for the fees.
4. Lastly, make your selections and ensure you secure them by locking them in place.

NEET MDS 2023 counseling for this year is being conducted in four rounds – round 1, round 2, round 3, and the mop-up round, as well as a stray vacancy round. The online registration for the stray vacancy round will commence on September 28.

The NEET MDS mop up round is open to the following categories of candidates:

– Candidates who are registering for the first time.

– Candidates who have registered previously but have not been allocated a seat in round 1 and round 2.

– All candidates, except those who have secured a seat in round 1 or round 2 of state counselling or the counselling conducted by MCC of DGHS, as per the data provided by the states.

– Candidates who have withdrawn previously but have made a new payment of fees.

The merit list for NEET MDS counselling 2023 will be prepared based on the choices filled and locked by the applicants during the registration period. The seat allotment result for round 3 of NEET MDS 2023 will be announced on September 16, and the candidates will be required to report to their designated colleges between September 18 and September 25. The institutes will conduct the verification process for the joined candidates from September 26 to 27. The stray vacancy round will take place from September 28 to October 10.
