Karmayogi Bharat, in collaboration with NITI Aayog, proudly announces the launch of six specialized training programs on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform. The SAMARTH Curated Training Programs are strategically designed to enhance the skills and competencies of state government officials, ensuring they are well-prepared to address the dynamic challenges of governance.

The six SAMARTH programs are tailored to cater to the diverse needs of government officials at different levels, providing targeted training to elevate their capabilities. The programs include:

1. SAMARTH Blocks: For citizen-facing officials and local administrators, this program with 14 courses focuses on building foundational skills crucial for effective local governance.
2. SAMARTH Zila: Aimed at district-level officials, SAMARTH Zila comprises 14 courses designed to equip learners with the knowledge and tools required to address district-level challenges and drive effective service delivery.
3. SAMARTH Rajya: Targeting state-level officials, SAMARTH Rajya consists of 14 courses that seek to equip learners with advanced skills required for steering governance at the state level.
4. SAMARTH Rajya Sachiva: Tailored for senior officials and state secretaries, this program with 14 courses focuses on empowering learners with the expertise needed to navigate complex policy landscapes and drive transformative change.
5. SAMARTH Policy: The 5 courses of SAMARTH Policy delve into the intricacies of policy formulation, policy writing, insights, data analysis, and evaluation.
6. SAMARTH Procurement: Catering to officials involved in procurement processes, SAMARTH Procurement, with 9 courses, provides specialized training in procurement guidelines, rules, strategies, and considerations.

The iGOT Karmayogi Platform (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/) serves as a comprehensive online learning hub for government officials on their capacity-building journey. With six functional hubs for online learning, competency management, career management, discussions, events, and networking, the platform currently boasts over 28 lakh registered learners from across the government spectrum, accessing a diverse catalog of 840+ courses.
