SAIL, ASCI Hyderabad Partners for Management Development Programmes

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has signed an MoU with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, marking the beginning of a new academic collaboration. The MoU was signed on 4th November 2024 at SAIL’s Corporate Office in New Delhi, in the presence of KK Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL, and Dr. Nirmalya Bagchi, Director, ASCI, Hyderabad.

Under this partnership, ASCI will conduct customized Management Development Programmes for newly promoted executives of SAIL. This initiative is part of SAIL’s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy to enhance the academic and professional growth of its leadership cadre. By collaborating with ASCI, a reputed institution in management education, SAIL aims to foster greater exposure and development opportunities for its executives, equipping them with skills to excel in leadership roles.
