After visiting Gadkari the day before, the transport minister Mauvin Godhinho announced that the union minister had agreed to pay for the modernization of all 16 Goa bus stops and the purchase of 25 electric vehicles for the state’s public transportation system. Bus stops in significant locations like Panaji, Mapusa, and Margao will be transformed into brand-new contemporary complexes that are financially sustainable, according to Godinhon.
