The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) announced the selection of Samuel Praveen Kumar for the post of Director (Marketing & Corporate Planning) at the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Schedule ‘A’ Central PSU.
A total of 11 candidates were interviewed for the coveted position. Kumar currently serves as Joint Secretary (Extension, Investment & Price Support) in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, headquartered at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.
The position of Director (Marketing & Corporate Planning) at CWC has been vacant for some time, and Kumar’s selection is subject to requisite clearances and approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
