With a strong background in leadership development, people transformation, and organizational strategy, Inder continues his long-standing association with KPMG, where he has contributed for over five years. During this tenure, he has held key positions including Senior Associate Director and Associate Director, playing a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s advisory practice through innovative talent and leadership initiatives.

Before joining KPMG, Inder gained extensive experience across Deloitte India, Mahindra Finance, and Ford Motor Company, where he worked on diverse mandates in workforce transformation, learning and development, and organization design. At Deloitte, he was part of the Workforce Transformation team, leading impactful programs in leadership and learning strategy. His earlier roles at Mahindra Finance and Ford further honed his expertise in organization development, culture building, and employee engagement.
