BNP Paribas India has appointed Bhavna Kumar as Managing Director – Human Resources, strengthening its senior leadership team. In her new role, Kumar will lead the human resources function and support the organisation’s people and talent priorities in India.
As Managing Director – Human Resources, Kumar will work closely with the leadership team on HR initiatives, talent management and organisational priorities, contributing to BNP Paribas India’s broader business objectives.
