DCM Shriram Chemicals has appointed Radhika Arora as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s senior leadership team. In her new role, Arora will lead the organisation’s human resources function and support its people and talent priorities.
As CHRO, Arora will work with the leadership team on key HR initiatives, talent management and organisational development, contributing to DCM Shriram Chemicals’ broader business objectives.
