UPSC CDS II Final Result 2022 Declared

The Union Public Service Commission and Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence have released the lists of 302 qualified candidates based on the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2022.

These candidates are vying for admission to either (i) the Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for the 118th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) and (ii) the Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 32nd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, both commencing in October 2023.

Additionally, the list for the 118th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) includes the names of candidates who were recommended earlier for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s) based on the same examination.

As intimated by the Government, the number of vacancies for (I) 118th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) is 169 and for (II) 32nd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course is 16.

The merit list has not taken the results of the the Medical Examination into account yet, and the status of all candidates is provisional. Verification of their Date of Birth and Educational Qualification will be carried out by Army HQ.

Candidates may access their results on the UPSC website (http://www.upsc.gov.in), but their marks will be published on the Commission’s website for a period of 30 days, starting from the date of final results declaration, within a timeframe of no more than 15 days.

For non-recommended candidates, there is a PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF SCORES AND OTHER DETAILS scheme on the Commission’s website. While downloading their marks, they may exercise their options.

The Union Public Service Commission has a Facilitation Counter on its Campus, located near the Examination Hall. On working days, between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM, individuals may obtain information or clarification about their examination by contacting the numbers 011-23385271, 011-23381125, and 011-23098543.
