The health tech, Agilent Technologies Inc. had announced that it had acquired AI technology developed by Virtual Control, machine learning, and AI-based software developer to improve lab productivity. This technology helps to create innovative analysis solutions in lab testing. Agilent will integrate software, ACIES into its gas chromatography and mass spectrometry platforms to enhance the efficiency, productivity as well as the accuracy of high-throughput labs it serves globally.

Agilent will obtain the intellectual property and other assets associated with ACIES upon its acquisition. Also, now the core members of the ACIES team will become the employees with Agilent.
