Cmde D.K. Murali, IN (Retd.), has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
Cmde D.K. Murali, IN (Retd.) brings with him a wealth of experience from his illustrious career in the Indian Navy, where he served for nearly 35 years. He was commissioned as an officer in November 1989 and held various key positions throughout his tenure.
He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, and an M.Phil in Defence & Strategic Studies. His extensive experience in defense and strategic areas, combined with his technical expertise, positions him well to lead BECIL in its mission to provide professional services and consultancy in the field of broadcasting and telecommunications.
