The government of Delhi has ordered the transfer of five IAS officers, reassigning them to key positions within the capital’s administration.
IAS Sakshi Mittal of the 2010 batch from the AGMUT cadre, who was serving as the Additional Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), has now been appointed as the Special Secretary to the Lt. Governor.
Tariq Thomas, an officer from the AGMUT cadre, belonging to the 2011 batch, has been posted as the Additional Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
Ruhee Dugg, an IAS officer from the 2014 batch of the AGMUT cadre, taken over as the new Commissioner of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
Veditha Reddy has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner/DM of North-East Delhi. He is an IAS officer from the 2015 batch of the AGMUT cadre.
IAS officer Amol Srivastava, belonging to the 2018 batch from the AGMUT cadre, has been assigned with the responsibilities of the Deputy Commissioner/DM of East Delhi. His relatively recent induction into the civil services promises a dynamic approach to the challenges faced by East Delhi.
