Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has appointed Dr. Nikhil Agarwal as an Independent Director on its Board, effective 9 September 2026. In his new role, Dr. Agarwal will contribute to board-level oversight, governance and strategic deliberations.
His appointment adds to the composition of HAL’s Board and strengthens its governance framework. As an Independent Director, Dr. Agarwal will participate in board discussions and contribute to the company’s oversight and strategic decision-making.
