Edtech firm Infinity Learn acquired Don’t Memorise

Edtech firm, Infinity Learn has acquired Don’t Memorise, a concept-based multilingual content platform. Mumbai-based Don’t Memorise focuses on the K-10 segment, especially for grades 6 to 10. It develops content in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Bengali mainly for science and mathematics. It claims to have a subscriber base of 206 million and has 250+ million views on YouTube.

Sushma Boppana said that while the organic growth continues to surge for Infinity Learn, inorganic routes including acquisitions are another pillar for growth and expansion. Both organic and inorganic ways will help Infinity Learn to stay ahead of its competitors in online space and traditional education institutions.

Further, she added that the acquisition is not about having a specific budget or number of targets but assessing complementarity and holding a significant position in the education technology sector.
