Essar Energy Transition’s EET Fuels, the trading name of Essar Oil (UK) (“the Company”), has announced the appointment of Prashant Janaswamy as its new Chief Information Officer.
In his role, Prashant will spearhead the development and execution of EET Fuels’ digital transformation strategy, focusing on modernising the Company’s technology infrastructure and enhancing data-driven decision-making across operations.
With over 25 years of international experience across the UK, USA, India, and the Middle East, Prashant has held senior technology leadership positions including CIO, CTO, and Chief Data and Automation Officer in leading organisations within the energy, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors.
His career is marked by transformative achievements, including the implementation of AI-powered operational systems, the development of comprehensive ERP strategies, and significant upgrades to enterprise IT infrastructure.
