IAS officer Jitender Yadav, currently serving as the Private Secretary to Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports Anurag Singh Thakur at the Deputy Secretary level, has been re-designated to the Director level within the same Minister’s office.
The decision, made as a personal measure, takes immediate effect upon Jitender Yadav assuming the responsibilities of the new position. The appointment, while valid for a specific period, is on a coterminous basis with Minister Anurag Singh Thakur’s tenure. However, it is subject to end if Jitender Yadav ceases his role as the Private Secretary or upon further instructions from the Competent Authority.
