Senior IAS officer Sanjay Prasad has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Home Department. This significant responsibility comes in addition to his current roles with the Chief Minister’s Office and the Information Department.
Known for his exceptional administrative acumen, Prasad’s expanded role will see him overseeing critical operations and policymaking in the Home Department, further strengthening governance under the state’s leadership.
Prasad has previously demonstrated expertise in handling complex administrative challenges, which will be instrumental in his new position.
