IFS T Armstrong Changsan Appointed as Ambassador of India to the Republic of Cuba

The 1997 batch Indian IFS officer, T Armstrong Changsan has been appointed the Ambassador of India to the Republic of Cuba. He is currently serving as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and is expected to commence his new role soon.

Earlier, he had also served, as the the Ambassador to India in Iceland. He has over two decades of experience where he has served in various capacities in South Africa, Nigeria and Japan.
