IPS Rahul Bhagat Appointed as Secretary to CM Vishnudev Sai: Chhattisgarh

IPS Rahul Bhagat has been appointed as the Secretary to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai in Chhattisgarh. This appointment marks a notable milestone as Bhagat becomes the first IPS officer to hold this prestigious position in the state.

Having previously served as Inspector General (IG) in the Rajnandgaon Police Range, Bhagat brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. His tenure as Private Secretary during Sai’s ministerial stint at the Centre, coupled with his role as Director in the Labour Department following Sai’s resignation.

As the third secretary to the Chief Minister, Bhagat is poised to play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication and coordination within the state government.
