Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) has appointed Laishram Meenabanta Singh as an Independent Director on its Board, effective November 2, 2026. The appointment adds a new member to the board of the defence public sector undertaking, which operates under the Ministry of Defence.
