proposals worth ₹11,000 crore during his recent official visit to Spain and the United Arab Emirates’ Dubai. The proposals span key sectors including infrastructure, hospitality, food processing, logistics, and biofuels.
According to the Chief Minister, the investment commitments are expected to generate over 14,000 employment opportunities in the State.
Among the major proposals, Dubai-based BNW Developers has expressed interest in investing ₹2,750 crore in the infrastructure sector, while Finland-headquartered Chempolis Oy, part of the AM Greens Group, has proposed an investment of ₹4,000 crore in the biofuel sector.
Further, an MoU valued at ₹4,318 crore was signed between the M.P. State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. and Submer Technologies in Spain. The agreement focuses on exploring the possibility of establishing an AI-ready green data centre with a capacity of 1 gigawatt in Madhya Pradesh.
The Chief Minister’s week-long visit aimed at attracting foreign investment under the State’s flagship initiative, Invest Madhya Pradesh – Global Mission 2025. The year 2025 has been declared as the “Industry and Employment Year” by the State Government.
During the visit, CM Mohan Yadav attended several business and promotional events to showcase Madhya Pradesh as an emerging investment destination across sectors such as textiles, tourism, digital infrastructure, film production, and renewable energy.
The government also signed multiple MoUs with international companies and institutions. Notably, a film co-production MoU was signed with the Spain Film Commission to encourage Spanish production houses to shoot films in Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Yadav expressed optimism about the outcomes of the visit and reiterated the government’s commitment to transforming Madhya Pradesh into a hub for global investment and employment generation.
