Maharashtra Government Issues Transfer Orders for IAS Officers

Maharashtra government has issued transfer orders dated 8th April 2024, appointing several IAS officers to key positions across the state. These appointments signify a strategic reshuffle aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Anshu Sinha, an experienced IAS officer from the 1999 batch, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Maharashtra State Child Rights Commission.

Dilip Gawade, a capable officer from the 2007 batch, will now serve as the Dairy Development Commissioner.

Rubal Prakher Agarwal, an accomplished officer from the 2008 batch, has been assigned the role of Managing Director at Maha-Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd.

Swati Mhase-Patil, another officer from the 2008 batch, is set to assume the responsibilities of Managing Director of FILMCITY.

Ramesh Chavan, a diligent officer from the 2013 batch, will step into the role of CEO of Mahtma Phule Jivandai Arogya Yojna Society, State Assurance Society.

Shubham Gupta, a dynamic officer from the 2019 batch, has been reassigned as the Municipal Commissioner of Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad City Municipal Corporation, located in Sangli.
