Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has appointed K.M. Ravi Kumar as an Independent Director on its Board. In his new role, Kumar will contribute to the company’s board-level oversight and governance responsibilities.
His appointment strengthens the composition of Mazagon Dock’s Board and brings additional experience to its leadership structure. As an Independent Director, Kumar will participate in strategic discussions and support the company’s governance framework.
