PM Modi launches numerous digital portals at the Gujarati Digital India Week 2022

At the ongoing Digital India Week 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a number of online portals, among them Meri Pehchaan, IndiaStack.Global, and MyScheme on Monday.
The launch was place in Gandhinagar during the current Digital India Week 2022.

He emphasised that although the nation used technology to resolve the issue, the general populace still had to rush from pole to pole to obtain fundamental registrations and paperwork.
“As time goes on, a nation that does not adopt new technologies is left behind as time advances. During the Third Industrial Revolution, this affected India. But today, we can boldly state that India is leading the globe in Industry 4.0, the fourth industrial revolution.

A global repository for important initiatives under the India Stack umbrella, such as Aadhaar, UPI, Digilocker, Cowin Vaccination Platform, Government e Marketplace (GeM), DIKSHA Platform, and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission, is called “Indiastack.global.” This contribution from India to the Global Public Digital Goods repository will position India as the pioneer in implementing population-scale Digital Transformation programmes and be of enormous assistance to other nations searching for such technological solutions.

A service discovery platform called “MyScheme” makes it easier to access government programmes. It seeks to provide a one-stop search and discovery site where users can locate programmes for which they qualify.

National Single Sign On for One Citizen Login is known as “Meri Pehchaan.” A single set of credentials can be used to access numerous online programmes or services via National Single Sign-On (NSSO), a user authentication service.
