Punjab National Bank (PNB) has appointed IAS officer Divesh Sehara as its Government Nominee Director. In his new role, Sehara will serve on the bank’s Board and contribute to board-level discussions, oversight and governance.
His appointment adds to PNB’s Board composition and strengthens its representation at the government nominee level. As Government Nominee Director, Sehara will participate in strategic deliberations and support the bank’s governance and oversight responsibilities.
