The Government of Rajasthan has announced the transfer and posting of 33 IAS officers to various crucial positions across the state. Here are the details of the latest appointments:
IAS Alok and IAS Aparna Arora have been appointed as Additional Chief Secretaries of Energy Department and Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department, respectively.
IAS Dinesh Kumar took charges as Principal Secretary to the Government, Revenue and Colonisation and IAS V Saravana Kumar as Secretary to Government, Science and Technology Department
IAS Naveen Mahajan has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, Rajasthan State Warehouse Corporation while IAS Bhanu Prakash Yeturu as Chairman, DISCOMS and Managing Director of Vidhyut Veteran Nigam Ltd.
IAS Urmila Rajoria and IAS Dr Pratibha Singh have been designated as Divisional Commissioners of Kota and Pali, respectively.
IAS Sudhir Kumar Sharma took charge as Secretary to Government, GAD, Cabinet, Estate, State Motor Garage & Ex-Officio Chief of Protocol.
IAS Sushma Arora has been appointed as Managing Director, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and Commissioner, Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.
IAS Kumar Pal Gautam and IAS Indrajeet Singh have been appointed as Commissioners of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship and Rajasthan Housing Board, respectively. While IAS Vandana Singhvi as Divisional Commissioner of Bikaner.
IAS Rajendra Singh Shekhawat assumes the role of Collector and District Magistrate, Shahpura and IAS Shakti Singh Rathore assigned as Collector and District Magistrate of Sanchore.
The others, who assumed the role of Commissioner, are IAS Pragya Kevalramani in T.A.D., Udaipur; IAS Ansh Deep in Excise Department and Ex-Officio Prohibition; IAS Vasudev Malawat, Devasthan Department in Udaipur and IAS Dr Ghanshyam in Departmental Enquiries.
Officers, who are designated as Collector and District Magistrate are IAS Namrata Vrishni – Bikaner; IAS Arun Kumar Purohit – Nagaur; IAS Dr Nishant Jain – Barmer; IAS Lok Bandhu – Sriganganagar; IAS Pooja Kumari Parth – Jalore and IAS Dr Amit Yadav – Bharatpur.
Transfers, also unveiled the named of newly appointed Directors for various departments, which include IAS Bhagwati Prasad Kalal – Mines and Geology Department; IAS Om Prakash Kasera – I.C.D.S., and Panchayati Raj (I.C.D.S.) Department and IAS Alpa Choudhary – Fisheries Department. IAS Nathmal Didel has been appointed as Managing Director- Rajasthan State Vidyut Prasaram Nigam Ltd.
IAS Anuprerna Singh Kuntal took charge as Special Secretary to Government, Home Department, IAS Tikam Chand Bohra as Joint Secretary to Government, Finance (EXP-1) Department, IAS Arun Garg as Additional Mission Director, National Health Mission and IAS Hem Pushpa Sharma as Secretary, Jaipur Development Authority.
