S G Venkatesh Appointed as Director (Technical) of CPCL

The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has selected Shri S G Venkatesh as the next Director (Technical) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and formerly known as Madras Refineries Limited (MRL).

Shri Venkatesh was chosen from a competitive pool of 11 applicants. He is currently serving as Executive Director (Petrochemicals), Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New Delhi.

This appointment marks a strategic leadership addition to CPCL, bringing extensive expertise in petrochemicals and refinery operations.
