Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has appointed Mohit Malpani as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) and Company Secretary, strengthening the company’s senior leadership across finance and corporate secretarial functions.
In his new role, Malpani will oversee finance and accounts responsibilities while also serving as Company Secretary. His appointment adds leadership to SAIL’s financial management and corporate governance functions.
