Sandhya Batra has taken charge as Head of the Bathinda Unit of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). A Chemical Engineering graduate from Panjab University, she brings over 38 years of experience with NFL, having served across its Nangal, Bathinda and Vijaipur units.
Previously serving as Chief General Manager, Batra brings extensive experience in fertiliser manufacturing, technical services and plant operations. Her appointment is expected to support operational efficiency, technical excellence and the continued contribution of NFL’s Bathinda facility to India’s fertiliser sector.
