Edtech startup, Skill-Lync has collaborated with Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India (RNTBCI) to train and upskill the working professionals. This collaboration will promote comprehensive talent transformation programmes and launch co-branded programmes that will help in building a talent pipeline for their future requirements.
Students trained by Skill-Lync in different areas such as autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, finite element analysis (FEA), embedded systems, model-based development, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), automotive design, data analytics, and data science, will be considered for hiring for entry-level and lateral at RNTBCI. The candidates equipped with the required skill sets and requirements will have higher chances of getting selected. In addition to that, internship opportunities will also be provided to Skill-Lync students at RNTBCI’s Chennai facility which will help them learn in the real working environment.
Under this collaboration, employees of RNTBCI can also enroll in upskilling courses created by Skill-Lync. These courses will consist of self-paced learning as well as instructor-led sessions.
