Uttar Pradesh state government has transferred and posted seven IAS Officers to different departments, aiming to bring fresh perspectives and efficient governance to various sectors. The reshuffle, effective immediately, sees a shift in key positions across the administrative landscape of the state.
Ujjwal Kumar (2012 batch), who has been serving as the diligent District Magistrate of Firozabad, will now be taking the role of the Special Secretary in the Department of MSME.
Arun Prakash (2012 batch), formerly the Special Secretary in the Department of MSME, will now be assuming the role of Special Secretary in the Department of Urban Development.
Ramesh Ranjan (2013 batch), the former Mission Director of the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, steps into the role of District Magistrate of Firozabad, succeeding Ujjwal Kumar.
Gaurav Verma (2014 batch), who was previously the Special Secretary of Youth Welfare, has been assigned the role of Special Secretary of Secretariat Administration Department.
Shesh Nath (2012 batch), currently serving as the Special Secretary in the Department of Sugarcane Development, has been appointed as the Special Secretary in the Department of Public Works.
Isha Priya (2016 batch), formerly the Additional Registrar (Administration) in the Cooperative department, has been designated as the Special Secretary in the Department of Tourism.
Atal Rai (2010 batch), with a wealth of experience, takes on the role of Director of Panchayati Raj.
