New Delhi: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is set to distribute over 70,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals on July 22, 2023, at 10:30 AM through video conferencing.
The Rozgar Mela will be conducted at 44 locations nationwide. Recruitment is taking place in Central Government Departments, as well as State Governments/UTs that are supporting this initiative. Candidates, hailing from various parts of the country, will join the government in diverse Ministries/Departments such as the Department of Revenue, Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Department of Water Resources, Department of Personnel & Training, and Ministry of Home Affairs, among others.
The Rozgar Mela embodies the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing job creation. This employment fair is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for further job opportunities, empowering the youth and engaging them in the nation's development.
Moreover, the newly recruited appointees will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers access to more than 580 e-learning courses, ensuring convenient learning across devices.
