The Punjab government has reshuffled seven IAS officers with immediate effect.
As per an official order, Vineet Kumar (IAS: 2012: PB) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Sri Mukhtar Sahib. Surabhi Malik (IAS: 2012: PB) will be the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana. Vishesh Sarangal (IAS: 2013: PB) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kapurthala. Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa (IAS: 2013: PB) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. Parneet Shergil (IAS: 2013: PB) has been given a charge of Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib. Amrit Singh (IAS: 2014: PB) has been posted as the new Deputy Commissioner of Ferozepur. Moneesh Kumar (IAS: 2014: PB) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner in Taran Taran.
In addition to reshuffling of IAS officers, Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government Tuesday hasa transferred nine IPS officers.
