IAS Piyush Singh (2000 Batch) has been appointed Mission Director, National Water Mission, under the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti. In his new role, Singh will lead the Mission Director’s office and oversee activities under the National Water Mission.
The appointment places Singh in a key role within the Ministry of Jal Shakti, with responsibilities connected to the National Water Mission and the broader water resources management framework of the department.
