New Delhi: NHPC Limited and Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As per the MoU, NHPC will extend its CSR support to distribute aids and assistive devices to approximately 1,000 Divyangjans (Persons with Disabilities) residing near NHPC Projects in India’s North and Northeastern regions.
The signing ceremony was attended by various key personnel, including Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, and Executive Director (CSR & SD), NHPC. On NHPC’s side, the agreement was signed by the Group Deputy General Manager (HR), CSR & SD, NHPC, and on ALIMCO’s side, the agreement was signed by the General Manager – Marketing, ALIMCO.
The MoU will help strengthen the NHPC and ALIMCO relationship and allow both companies to work together to achieve their common goals. The agreement will also help NHPC to expand its CSR initiatives and make a positive impact on the community.
