RailTel Partners with Cylus to Bolster Cybersecurity for Indian Railways

RailTel, a leading provider of broadband and VPN services, has entered into a strategic partnership with Cylus, a global leader in rail industry cybersecurity. This collaboration aims to enhance the cybersecurity framework of Indian Railways’ infrastructure.

The partnership leverages RailTel’s extensive pan-India optic fibre network alongside Cylus’ specialized rail-specific cybersecurity solution, CylusOne™. This joint effort is poised to fortify the security of railway signalling systems, including trackside, onboard, and SCADA systems.

Sh. Sanjai Kumar, CMD of RailTel, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, ‘Indian Railway is undergoing a significant technological upgrade, with cyber security being a priority.
