Bihar Government Reshuffles IAS Officers Across Departments

Bihar government has undertaken a reshuffling of key positions within the IAS cadre, reassigning four prominent officers to different departments across the state.

Dayanidhan Pandey, a seasoned bureaucrat from the 2006 batch, who previously held the pivotal position of Secretary in the Department of Revenue and Land Reform, has now been entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading the Department of Minor Water Resources.

Ashima Jain, a distinguished officer from the 2008 batch, has been appointed as secretary of the Department of Revenue and Land Reform.

Meanwhile, Giriwal Dayal Singh, also from the 2008 batch, who previously served as the Commissioner of the Department of Sugarcane Industry, has been reassigned as the Secretary of the Revenue Board.

Anil Kumar Jha, an accomplished officer from the 2012 batch, will now assume as Commissioner of the Department of Sugarcane Industry as its Commissioner.
