NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Navratna enterprise and one of the country’s leading engineering and construction conglomerates, has signed a landmark broad framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a prominent Dubai-based real estate firm.
The strategic collaboration underscores NBCC’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and strengthening its presence in the rapidly growing Middle East construction and infrastructure market.
The MoU was signed by Pradeep Sharma, Executive Director (Engineering), NBCC, and Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director, Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, in the presence of K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC. Also present were Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects); Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial); Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance); and senior officials from both organizations.
Under the agreement, NBCC and Pantheon will collaborate on the design, development, and execution of premium residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the United Arab Emirates. The partnership will harness NBCC’s six decades of engineering excellence, project management capability, and green infrastructure expertise, alongside Pantheon’s strong local market experience and development portfolio.
NBCC has previously executed several prestigious international assignments, including the India Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020, valued at USD 46.8 million, which received global recognition for its design and timely delivery.
This partnership marks a major step forward in NBCC’s overseas expansion strategy, aligning with India’s vision of fostering international collaborations in infrastructure, technology, and construction excellence.
