Directorate General of Resettlement and Adecco Signs MoU to Generate Employment for ESM

DGR and Adecco Signs MoU -Delhi: To generate employment for Ex-servicemen (ESM), Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Adecco India Private Limited have signed an MoU in Delhi, today. This collaboration aligns with the mission of empowering ESM through meaningful employment opportunities in multiple sectors.

To create employment opportunities for ex-servicemen in diverse sectors, such as IT, E-Commerce, Logistics, Telecom, Aerospace & Defence, Facility Management, Security, Digital Assessment Services, Power and Energy, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Agro Etc., this initiative aims to bring corporate companies and the former service members on a common platform.

MoU signs between DGR and Adecco -Highlighting the collaboration, Major General Sharad Kapur, Director General (Resettlement) stated, ‘This partnership would bring in more visibility of our Ex-servicemen to the industry and corporates and help in achieving the objectives of providing skilled manpower and giving a dignified second career to our Ex-servicemen.’

Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) comes under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence. While Adecco is a staffing and recruitment solutions provider with a specialization in outsourcing, consulting services etc.
