Edtech startup PlanetSpark to hire over 10000 teachers in 2022

India-based global K12 EdTech PlanetSpark has planned to recruit over 10,000 teachers in 2022. Through this recruitment, the firm aims to strengthen its presence in India, the US, and the Middle East. Further, it will help to enter new markets such as Europe and South East Asia. It will help to boost its existing teaching strength by 500 per cent to fuel its mission of building a ‘Made in India’ global leader for communication skills training. With the fresh round of investment, the firm aims to capture a significant market share in the $82 billion global communication skills market.

The teachers associated with PlanetSpark are increasing their earnings by 40-50 percent by spending just 5 hours a day.

Emotional discomfort
Emotional discomfort, when accepted, rises, crests and falls in a series of waves.

Teachers who wish to join PlanetSpark need to undergo an automated selection process. The candidates who have applied will have to clear the PSAT (PlanetSpark Aptitude Test) and undergo 3 rounds of interviews before getting selected as a teacher. Post selection, teachers are provided with 1 week of live online training and 143 micro-courses on PlanetSpark’s ‘Learning Management System’, to prepare them to teach students online.
