Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday interacted with students, teachers, and parents during ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’. Addressing the students he advised them to celebrate exams as festivals. Exams are an inherent part of our life, just another milestone in our journey of development and growth. You are not giving exams for the first time. In a way you are exam-proof, hence do not take much stress.
Speaking about the National Education Policy, PM Modi said that the consultative and brainstorming process for the NEP has been comprehensive as well as exhaustive. People across the country, including students and teachers of various schools, were consulted and their inputs were taken to make the policy.
PM Modi said that playing games are very important for students to blossom and grow. Under the National Education Policy, sports are now made a part of education which were earlier considered an extra circular activity.

He added that sometimes we come across inescapable circumstances and are unable to pursue the desired education. The National Educational Policy will give you an excellent opportunity to change the course of your education.
PM Modi applauded the students for utilizing the technology to fulfill their vision. He said that he was very surprised and impressed to know that our young students of classes 8th and 10th are developing 3D printers, creating mobile applications related to Vedic Mathematics, and teaching students across the world.
PM Modi said to students that they are a part of the fortunate generation. No other generation got so many opportunities. The competition is very high and fierce but the opportunities are also ample to choose from. One, who takes risks, can grow exponentially. Choose from unlimited opportunities and fulfill your dreams.
