In a major administrative reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh government on Tuesday transferred as many as 20 IAS officers.
Nisha Singh (IAS: 1987: HP) serving as adviser (health) to the government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi, has been appointed as additional chief secretary (rural development, panchayati raj, administrative reforms and training & foreign assignments).
Bharat Khera (IAS: 1995: HP) has been posted as adviser (regulatory reforms), the government of Himachal Pradesh, at New Delhi and principal secretary (PWD, home & vigilance, GAD, SAD, Sainik welfare, and parliamentary affairs).
Rajneesh (IAS: 1997: HP) has been given a charge of adviser (industries and urban affairs) to the government of Himachal Pradesh in New Delhi and principal secretary (forests, education and IT) to the government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
Subhasish Panda (IAS: 1997: HP) has been posted as adviser (infrastructure and tourism), principal secretary to CM and principal secretary (excise & taxation, information & public relations, and health & family welfare).
Amitabh Avasthi (IAS: 2004: HP) will be the secretary (horticulture and technical education).
J M Pathania (IAS: 2008: HP) has been posted as director (personnel and finance), state electricity board, Shimla.
Vinod Kumar (IAS: 2009: HP) has been appointed as managing director, Kangra Central Cooperative Bank, Dharamshala.
Sudesh Kumar Mokhta (IAS: 2010: HP) has been given a charge of director-cum-ex-officio-special secretary (revenue & disaster management) with additional charges of the posts of MD, HPMC, Shimla and project director, HP Horticulture Development Society.
Lalit Jain (IAS: 2011: HP) is posted as director, environment, science & technology and will hold charge of the post of member secretary, HIMCOSTE.
Harikesh Meena (IAS: 2011: HP) is designated as additional charge of MD, HP power corporation.

Rima Kashyap has been shifted as MD, HP Agro Industries Corporation, Shimla. She will also hold the charge of the post of MD, Agro-Industrial Packaging India.
