The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has sanctioned over ₹3,000 crore for renewable energy projects in Odisha, reaffirming its support for the state’s ambitious goal of achieving 10 GW renewable energy capacity by 2030. This announcement was made by Shri Pradip Kumar Das, Chairman and Managing Director of IREDA, during his special address at the Odisha Solar Investor Conclave organized by GRIDCO in Bhubaneswar.

Shri Das underscored the pivotal role of accessible and affordable financing in expediting renewable energy (RE) projects.
