Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has announced the appointment of Kamesh Kasana as Director (Other Units). Prior to this elevation, Kasana was serving as General Manager (Military Communication) at the Bangalore Complex of BEL.
With over 30 years of experience in the defence electronics sector, Kasana brings a deep understanding of both technical operations and strategic management. He joined BEL in 1993 and has since played a key role in several mission-critical projects, particularly in the military communications domain.
An alumnus of NIT Kurukshetra, Kasana holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and holds certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt, DMAIC) and Project Management (PMP), underscoring his well-rounded approach to leadership and innovation.
