The Digital Transformation Conclave & Awards 2023 will be by the esteemed presence and unwavering support of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, UT of Ladakh, Brig. (Dr.) BD Mishra, and Dr. Pawan Kotwal, Advisor to Governor, on this occasion.
