A warm welcome to the participants was extended by the Programme Mentor Shri Amit Sharma, IAS, Secretary, IT, Science & Technology, Transport, Rural Development & Managing Director SIDCO, UT of Ladakh. (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of UT of Ladakh, as the Chief Guest.
