Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has made some major changes in the bureaucracy. The government has given new postings to 22 IAS officers and officers were assigned with the responsibility of main departments.
The charge of Home Department in the state has been given to Radha Raturi. R Meenakshi Sundaram has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Minister. Pankaj Pandey has been given the charge of the industry department as a Secretary. The charge of establishment development commissioner has been given Manisha Panwar, IAS and Nitesh Kumar Jha has been appointed as rural development Secretary.
Radhika Jha has been given the responsibility of the Secretary of village development and civil supplies and Chandresh Kumar Yadav as Secretary of re-development and Sanskrit education besides other responsibilities. Abhinav Kumar has been made Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and Information Secretary. Chief Secretary SS Sandhu has also been given the responsibility of Chief Resident Commissioner, New Delhi.
Sachin Kurve got the responsibility of rural development, food, civil supply. Shailesh Bagholi has been given the responsibility of Secretary Personnel, Vigilance, Agriculture, Agriculture Welfare, Higher Education. The responsibility of Secretary Rural Construction has been given to Nitesh Kumar Jha. Arvind Singh Hyaki was made the Secretary Transport. Sachin Kurve will take a charge of Secretary Rural Development, Food Civil Supplies. Saujanya has been given the responsibility of Secretary Micro Small and Medium Industries and BV RC Purushottam has been given the responsibility of Secretary Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Development Co-operative. The charge of Secretary, School Education, Primary and Secondary, Technical Education has been given to Ravinath Raman.
The responsibility of Secretary Industrial Development, Industrial Development, Mining, Ayush Education Department has been given to Pankaj Kumar Pandey. Ranjit Kumar Sinha has been given the responsibility of Secretary Disaster Management. Hari Chandra Singh Semwal was given the responsibility of Secretary Excise Commissioner Excise. Chandresh Yadav was given the responsibility of secretary reorganization and Sanskrit education. Deependra Kumar Chaudhary has been given the responsibility of military welfare.
